I grew up in Prophetstown Illinois, the son of a veterinarian, grandson of farmers who were great role models of work ethic. I attended the University of Iowa where I earned a Finance degree and met my wife of now 36 years. Iowa City still holds some special memories for us. We have called the Quad Cities "home" for our entire married life. With our parents close by we have embraced the slogan "It's a great place to live but you wouldn't want to visit here" which affords us the pleasure of being involved in family life and still being able to travel to other interesting places. We have 4 children and 3 grandsons. Some life mottos we try to live by: "Relationships come first", "It's not what you do but who you are while you're doing it", "God's way works", "Jesus is the reason for my hope". The people I get the privilege to work with is the best part of my job. I have learned much from them in my 34 years of experience. Looking forward to many more!
